Designing for a Product That Does It All
KNVEY is a powerful, flexible digital experience platform used by teams to manage content, assets, products, documents, forms, portals, and more — all without code. That flexibility is a strength, but it also creates complexity: onboarding can feel overwhelming, workflows can become disjointed, and even experienced users can struggle to make full use of the platform.
My challenge as UX Lead was to help shape a product experience that made powerful things feel simple — for marketers, content creators, and product teams alike.
Implementing and Road-Mapping Functionality
Much of my work has focused on improving and expanding existing functionality, including:
Launched UX Features
Product Management: A flexible product structure that supports multiple content types
Article Tools: Enhanced article writing with AI-assisted grading and editing
Library View Improvements: Quick-action buttons to reduce clicks and cognitive load
Tagging Workflow Redesign: In-place tag editing without jumping between modules
Bulk Uploading Tools: Improved data migration for new clients
Dashboard Task Management: Assignments and reminders surfaced clearly
CRM Features: User-friendly contact, lead, form, and email modules
In Development or On the Roadmap
KNVEY Posts: A built-in social media scheduler and content calendar
KNVEY Ecommerce: A native e-commerce system to rival Shopify
KNVEY Spaces: A shared workspace experience for document management and delivery
I’ve wireframed and scoped each of these, establishing the user flow, core interactions, and layout logic that inform future development.
