Opening the Case: No Presence, No Trust
When Sal Bazaz approached me, he had no website or brand presence—just a vision for growth. His competitors were appearing polished and visible online, but he remained out of sight and out of mind. Without a digital identity, potential clients couldn’t find him, trust him, or choose him.
Discovering the Client: Speaking a User’s Language
To create something exceptional, I started with research—interviewing Law by Bazaz’s ideal clients, analyzing competing law firms in Naples, and studying users’ needs. From this, I built a clear persona: someone seeking clarity, compassion, and competency in legal services. This focused narrative shaped every design and messaging decision.
Developing & Launching: Bringing It to Life
I didn’t just hand off designs—I jumped into front-end development using HTML/CSS and integrated the site into KNVEY CMS. I then migrated and structured the content—legal insights, service descriptions, attorney bio—while applying consistent tone and hierarchy. Finally, I tested on multiple browsers and devices, polished navigation, and ensured accessibility and performance.
